CooperDouglas has partnered with a private equity-backed freight technology company in Los Angeles for their newly created Vice President of Finance. This VP of Finance will drive financial strategy, investor reporting, and operational planning during a period of accelerated national scale. The business combines physical infrastructure and proprietary technology financial strategy and support rapid growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.
This is a critical executive role reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience scaling high-growth businesses from Series A through Series C , a track record of building finance infrastructure in dynamic environments, and the ability to partner directly with private equity sponsors on strategic initiatives.
