Job Summary:
The Temp - Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions across various departments, including, operations, dispatch, terminals, shop, tank washes and corporate roles. This role requires a proactive professional who can source top talent, build strong pipelines, and contribute to QC’S continued growth and talent .

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the company.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates, including passive sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networking.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with company values and job requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build job descriptions, and create effective hiring plans.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and provide timely communication to both candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
• Track key recruiting metrics to evaluate and improve recruiting performance.
• Assist in onboarding efforts as needed to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proven experience in a high-volume recruiting environment, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (preferably UKG) and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and others.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time on-site position, and days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Work Environment :

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office and computer equipment.
