Triathlon Social Media/Communications Manager

Women's triathlon is looking for 1-2 positions based on the number of hours available to work per week by the applicant.

Social Media/Communications Manager duties include and not limited to:

• Weekly posts minimum on USF triathlon social media accounts
• Race coverage on social media (including pre and post race recap as well as during if applicable)
• Organize and communicate post race results to communications department at USF
• Potential travel to races such as regionals and championship
• Attending a few specialty practices that involve overseeing equipment allowing opportunity for social media posts
• Driving school van for safety purposes allowing opportunity for social media posts (need to meet USF requirements)

Operations Coordinator duties include but not limited to:

• Coordinating all team travel including flights, transportation, itinerary
• Order fall/spring apparel
• Manage bike maintenance and equipment (bike knowledge is helpful but not necessary - will be directed by head coach)
• Attending a few specialty practices that involve overseeing equipment
• Driving school van for safety purposes (need to meet USF requirements)
