Rate: $103.55/hour to $109.00/hour (W2)
Company Overview
SMX Services and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to provide executive-level
oversight for a major federal IT contract supporting a multi-platform application suite. This role
will oversee technical delivery, client satisfaction, staffing, compliance, and long-range planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams
• Oversee program execution, compliance, and key performance metrics
• Lead workforce planning, contract administration, and issue resolution
• Interface with federal leadership and internal SMEs
• Ensure alignment of resources, budgets, and deliverables
Minimum Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience managing federal IT programs
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary Agile delivery teams
• Expertise in reporting, change control, and service-level metrics
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, cloud, and enterprise modernization efforts
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
• Prior experience on federal SaaS or digital transformation programs
• Familiarity with EQP or UpTick lifecycle platforms
Education
• Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Engineering, or Program Management

• 12+ years of proven federal program leadership experience
Security Requirements
• U.S. Citizenship
• Background investigation (Tier 1 or higher)
• Eligibility for HSPD-12 credentialing
