Job Description

Duration: 6 month contract (possible extensions)

Location : Stamford, CT (4 days per week on site)

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of proven experience in video editing and motion graphics design, preferably within the entertainment industry.
  • Ability to edit raw video footage, selecting and assembling the best takes to create a cohesive narrative flow.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Ability to design and animate engaging motion graphics, typography, and visual effects to enhance storytelling, while creating storyboards and animatics to visualize project flow and pacing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with team members and presenting creative work.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects and motion graphics examples.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
  • Familiarity with various camera equipment and shooting techniques
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices for video content creation and optimization.

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a multiple Video/Motion Designers for a large client in Stamford, CT.

This person will create visually compelling and technically polished content for entertainment programming across multiple platforms. This role involves editing raw footage into cohesive narratives, enhancing videos with sound and color grading, and designing dynamic motion graphics and animations that elevate storytelling. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with creative teams to develop concepts, present work to stakeholders, and ensure alignment with project goals. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong storytelling abilities, and a deep understanding of current entertainment trends are essential. This position is 4 days a week in Stamford, CT and pays $48-52hr.
