The Data Office supports the overall General Insurance product by managing Data, Data Governance, and Business Intelligence Delivery. How you will create an impact: This role is an excellent opportunity to utilize your experience and expertise in BI development and leadership within our Data Office. Organize and drive BI delivery within the Commercial business. Communicate effectively with business partners and IT groups. Tell stories visually using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI/Fabric, and Cognos. Implement Data Governance policies to protect data access and reporting tools. Lead the advancement of at least one current BI product (e.g., PBI/Fabric, Tableau, Cognos). Maintain a strong technical BI skillset. Manage both BI Product Management and BI development, from Business Requirement Document to deployment. What You’ll need to succeed At least 2 years of experience in BI development and project management. At least 2 years of experience with Power BI or Tableau. Ability to collaborate with Business Partners and IT organizations. Effective communication with Business Partners throughout the SDLC report development process. Experience with SQL/Python. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools (Power Apps/Fabric preferred). Snowflake experience is a plus. Strategic thinking with the ability to see both the big picture and short-term goals. Strong program and project management skills, preferably with Agile methodologies like Rally. Ability to influence change and drive results independently. Insurance experience is a plus but not required. Ready to find new solutions?
