🔍 Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions
• Coordinate client and candidate communications, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate and detailed records for compliance and reporting
• Support recruitment processes and assist in employee development initiatives
• Collaborate on marketing, customer service, and strategic planning projects
• Ensure compliance with relevant staffing laws and licensing requirements

✅ Qualifications:

• Background in Business Administration , HR, or related field
• Relevant coursework in employee development, strategic management, public speaking, marketing, or English
• Previous experience in a staffing agency or administrative role is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using business and HR-related software
• Knowledge of staffing and recruitment industry best practices preferred
