Here is what to expect:
Telecom Analyst
Perform in-depth audits and reconciliation of telecom and data networking service orders and change activity, against vendor records, billing and corporate-wide financial objectives.
Manage order tracking, expense monitoring and allocation of cost and credits for network activity, across multiple business units.
Process carrier orders, including but not limited to, new services, upgrades, moves, changes, and disconnects.
Prepare quotes, reports and presentations as required.
The provisioning of new orders to the business and customers for data circuits.
Drive escalations as necessary to achieve results and act as a liaison for customer or carrier orders.
Act as a key point of contact between the technical teams, end-users, and external vendors to deliver uninterrupted service and communicate project scope, deliverables, timelines, status, risks and updates, as requested.
Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities independently
Ability to manage heavy volumes and often complex telecom invoices and carrier bills
Microsoft Office competency and fluency in Excel, Remedy, Teams, Oracle, Zycus and Jira databases/software
Understanding of invoice, allocation, organizational hierarchy in relation to accounting practices
