Job Title: Technical Support

Location: Decatur, GA

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for end-user workstations, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of user accounts, Windows systems, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and maintain network connectivity, including IP addressing, DHCP, and Layer 1 Ethernet cabling issues.
• Administer and support Active Directory and Office 365 environments, including user account management, group assignments, and license provisioning.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including workstation deployment or repurposing, orientation sessions for new employees, access provisioning, and ongoing support for office staff.
• Track and manage IT assets, including hardware inventory, device warranties, and Office 365 licensing.
• Support network and local printing, with a focus on Zebra label printers and general print services.
• Provide technical assistance for Audio/Video equipment such as microphones, cameras, and presentation systems.

Required Skills:

• Experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and support.
• Basic administrative experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
• Understanding of IP networking fundamentals, including DHCP and subnetting.
• Hands-on experience with Ethernet cabling and Layer 1 troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Zebra label printers and network printing environments.
• Excellent organizational skills for tracking assets, warranties, and licenses.
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell or batch scripting.
• Experience with Remote access tools (TeamViewer, RemoteDesktop, AnyDesk, ScreenConnect)
• Ability to document processes and follow given procedures.
• Understanding of endpoint protection, phishing prevention, and secure access practices.
