The Role As a Technical Recruiter for our Product team, you will help build the team that shapes the company’s future products and trajectory. At Verkada, our decentralized recruiting approach means you'll be immersed in the Product team and foster strong partnerships with hiring managers, executives, and individual contributors. You will gain a deep understanding of the team dynamics and develop expertise in the market for PM. This role demands a proactive sourcing strategy to build a pipeline of specialized product talent. You will recruit for a variety of positions across the Product organization, ranging from Commercial Operations and Pricing roles to multiple levels of Product Managers, from MBA interns to Directors. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: source niche talent, maintain a healthy pipeline, extend offers, and successfully close top candidates Partner closely with the Product leadership team. You’ll have weekly meetings with our SVP of Product & Operations, VPs, and Directors to collaboratively build the team (our hiring managers source, too!) Make improvements to our hiring processes as we continue to scale Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience Requirements Work onsite at our San Mateo HQ; this is not a hybrid or remote position Bachelor's degree 4+ years of technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally for Product Management roles Demonstrated experience generating a well-targeted and high-quality candidate pipeline for complex positions Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on timely communication Adept at managing competing priorities and navigating a fast-paced startup environment US Employee Benefits Verkada is committed to investing in the holistic health and wellbeing of all employees and their families. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs) Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
