• Start in an entry-level role focused on marketing, promotions, and customer engagement

• Represent nonprofits and ethical brands at live events, community outreach campaigns, and pop-up activations

• Participate in daily team training and leadership development workshops

• Shadow managers and learn business strategy, operations, and campaign execution

• Support your team’s performance and earn promotions based on merit

• Set personal goals and contribute to a high-energy, results-driven environment
