Position: Social Media/Administrative Personal Assistant
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000
Location: Manhattan, NY Fully Onsite
Duration: Perm

We're looking for a sharp, driven, and adaptable Personal Assistant & Social Media Coordinator to support a high-profile professional in both her day-to-day life and growing media presence - including a dynamic podcast and personal brand.
This is a combination of personal assistance and social media requiring equal parts personal organization and digital savvy , ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a sharp eye for aesthetics, understands branding, and is comfortable navigating both personal errands and public-facing platforms like TikTok, Instagram etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant Duties:

• 
  Coordinate daily logistics: scheduling, booking travel, making reservations, running errands
• 
  Serve as a reliable point of contact for last-minute changes and fast-moving plans
• 
  Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• 
  Be on-the-go when needed - flexibility is key
  

Social Media Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist in developing and executing a social media strategy to grow a podcast and personal brand, especially across TikTok and Instagram
• 
  Create, schedule, and post engaging content
• 
  Track growth, engagement, and content performance
• 
  Research trends, influencers, and opportunities for collaboration or audience expansion
• 
  Write short-form content and help craft professional messaging or outreach

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 
  A degree or strong academic background (Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism or related preferred)
• 
  Prior experience or internship in social media, digital marketing, or branding
• 
  Strong writing and communication skills - you can draft a professional letter and also write a snappy TikTok caption
• 
  A strong sense of style, pop culture awareness, and the ability to speak in the language of modern brands
• 
  Interest in media, podcasting, and personal brand development
• 
  Ability to multitask and stay composed with a dynamic, high-energy personality
• 
  A proactive mindset - someone who's two steps ahead, with a get-it-done attitude
