Freeman+Leonard is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for a CPG company

This is a hybrid role in Austin, TX

Job Summary:

The Senior Designer will be responsible for designing for social media,

packaging, paid media and website graphics. This role focuses heavily on ideation and is highly

collaborative, yet allows for independent ideation and creative exploration aligned with the

brand’s aesthetic. The Senior Designer will play a key part in shaping new product

designs, packaging design and supporting the Creative Director in executing the brand

guidelines across all channels. They are well versed in lifestyle and product trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Design & Illustration

• Create custom label artwork for up to 6 new products per week.
• Develop unique illustrations and/or source illustrators for subscription box designs and
• future product lines.
• Ideate characters and concepts for upcoming kits.
• Create graphics for the Amazon storefront, including A+ content, banners, and product
• photo edits.
• Support Shopify listings with relevant photography and design assets.
• Support paid media requests for ads for Facebook.
• Color correct product photography for digital and print publication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design in print and digital media
• Exceptional knowledge of current design trends
• Strong illustration skills a plus
• Experience with digital packaging mockups.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat etc.).
• Experience with product photography and basic photo editing.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage and support multiple ongoing projects and meet tight weekly
• deadlines.
• Prior experience in a CPG, toy, or craft-focused environment a plus.
