Contract - Remote Customer Care Representative – Tennessee $19.00hr We are currently seeking Customer Care Representatives (CCRs) located in Tennessee. Position Overview: In this role, you will handle inbound calls to assist members with prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will deliver solutions to simplify the healthcare experience while building your own skills and career. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound member calls with professionalism, empathy, and patience. Provide clear guidance on pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail order services. Problem-solve efficiently while navigating multiple computer programs. Demonstrate reliability, compassion, and strong customer service skills. Requirements: Must be located in Tennessee. Reliable, hardwired internet with 25/3 upload/download speed Quiet, dedicated workspace at home. Ability to be on camera for training and meetings. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, military, etc.) High School Diploma or GED required. Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications. Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent work experience. 6+ months of healthcare-related experience. Strong oral communication, interpersonal skills, and professional phone etiquette. Training & Schedule: Training: M–F, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM local time (minimum of 6 weeks). Post-training: Monday–Friday, flexible hours to be determined with the business. Important Dates: Class Start: 10/17 (Orientation), Training begins 10/20. Last date to clear: 10/10.
