Day to Day?
-You will be running a full desk with the opportunity to recruit for existing cliental as well as bring on new business
-Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on
-Headhunting candidates using multiple resources to find the best quality candidates
-Writing job adverts, building your personal brand and creating social media content to attract top talent
-Focusing on executive search, business development and consulting
-Meeting your clients face-to-face on a regular basis, this could involve exciting travel opportunities as well!
-They are hiring for our UK, European and US markets and even offer the opportunity of relocation options in the future to their global offices
