Job Description

We are seeking a Lease-Up Property Manager to become a part of our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties including leasing and annual budgets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of property management practices, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lease up and stabilize property
  • Educate tenants during move-in on property policies
  • Handle all tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly
  • Prepare and manage property budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Utilize property management software to streamline tasks such as rent collection, lease tracking, and maintenance requests
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
  • Ensure property meets budgeted occupancy
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Ensure rents are collected and minimize late payments
  • Ensure property is always very well maintained
  • Supervise and train property staff
  • Enforce property rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with lease-ups/property management experience
  • Familiarity with real estate leases
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • MRI or Yardi experience a plus
