We are looking for a standout Property Accountant to oversee our client's portfolio of residential properties.

Your role will involve preparing financial statements, developing and monitoring budgets, handling invoices and payments, overseeing lease agreements, assisting in audits, and providing financial analysis. You'll ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance, playing a crucial part in the success of our property management company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and monitor property budgets, ensuring optimal financial performance.
• Manage invoices, payments, and collections with precision.
• Oversee lease agreements and ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.
• Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in property accounting or real estate finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
