The Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units or is at the direction of Senior Management. Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to guidelines throughout the project cycle. This includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery including but not limited to create or coordinate the documentation of the deliverables. The Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business. Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones. Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously. Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives. Report on project success criteria results, metrics, and deployment activities. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence. Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization. Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership. Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs. Participate and/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders if applicable. Define the Statement of Work and Specifications for the requested goods and services. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Deliver appropriate and effective communication to the various levels of management. Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, and budget. Continue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices. Job Qualifications: BS/BA degree (minimum) I M.S. or MBA (preferred). Minimum of 5 years experience in business and technical analysis or equivalent level of experience. Must be very proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.) and Work Collaboration/Project Management tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Workfront, Wrike, etc.). PMP certification preferred. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $84,014 to $112,017. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave after six months of employment.
