Job Description:

Harris Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will work closely with our executive team and our energy engineers to ensure the timely delivery of projects across various business lines, including commissioning, measurements & verification, solar PV, energy modeling, and mechanical engineering design. The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage project timelines, maintain schedules, and track deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position does not involve directly providing deliverables but focuses on ensuring that the project stays on track, within budget, and meets deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project timelines, schedules, and deadlines across multiple business lines, including commissioning, solar PV, energy modeling, mechanical engineering design, and measurements & verification.
  • Collaborate with energy engineers and technical teams to track the progress of deliverables.
  • Coordinate project milestones, ensuring timely completion of tasks and managing any changes or delays.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards, and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Assist in resource allocation and management across various projects.
  • Resolve project-related issues and address challenges in a proactive manner to maintain smooth project progression.
  • Facilitate team meetings to review progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure clear communication.
  • Ability to travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, ideally in the energy, engineering, or construction sectors.
  • Experience with project management software, specifically Monday.com.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for project tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of energy systems, particularly in areas such as solar PV, energy modeling, and mechanical engineering, is a plus but not required.

Pay : $70,000-$100,000 per year
