Job Description

Content production and publishing Posts approved content regularly to the website Prepares touts for entire site including homepage Assists with posting regulatory and disclaimer content Prepares copy and photos in development environment for review Loads videos and images to the site Crops photos for touts, thumbnails, etc. Creates appropriate meta tags for SEO and social media platforms Assists with posting content in local language such as Japanese for the Japan site, Portuguese for the Brazil pages and Russian for the Russia pages Testing and quality control Tests (QA) all functionality of new site pages, sections, etc. prior to and after launch Maintain and ensure consistent content style for text and images Confirm that archived and retracted content are properly processed Troubleshoot issues with content publishing process and Kiwi content management system Ongoing maintenance Updates existing content when required Maintains tout inventory spreadsheet Organizes/moves/prepares new site content, e.g. Our Thinking, BOD, blog, media relations Maintains file system and organization for content management system Organize weekly and ongoing annual record of published content Skills & Requirements Content management, production and publishing skills Complete commitment to editing accuracy Can work with team, asks questions readily Editing skills, comfort working in English Photo cropping, light photo editing Thoughtful, very organized Interested in process improvement Proficient with English language and grammar Understanding of technology and content management systems Professional and respectful in working with team and in client situations.
