Position Summary:

Kindsight is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the product development lifecycle for our enterprise Fundraising Intelligence Platform on Salesforce. This role involves driving execution, defining success metrics, and ensuring alignment with customer and business needs. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Engineering and Design and play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategy. As part of a high-growth enterprise software company, you will work cross-functionally to define product specifications, improve development velocity, and manage the backlog while ensuring technical feasibility and strategic alignment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
  • Develop clear and actionable product specifications, collaborating with Design and Engineering teams to ensure alignment.
  • Partner with Engineering to create robust technical plans, improve development speed, and resolve execution challenges.
  • Define and track key product success metrics, iterating based on data and customer feedback.
  • Drive the company's strategy, including integrating AI-powered features that align with user needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align product development with customer and business objectives.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, challenge the status quo, and influence design and product marketing efforts.
  • Define clear objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure product success.
  • Develop and maintain a winning product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Prioritize work based on stakeholder input, while remaining flexible to adapt to changing needs.
  • Maintain the product backlog and roadmap, and present product status updates to leadership.
  • Gain a deep understanding of user needs by engaging with customers, Engineering, GTM, and Operations teams.
  • Act as the voice of the users, ensuring their needs are considered in product development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in a product role, ideally with B2B and enterprise-facing products.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, with a strong understanding of Scrum principles and backlog management.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous product improvement and optimizing for a portfolio of releases.
  • Experience managing external partnerships and integrations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on articulating customer problems and the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Ownership mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to empathize with users and create exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take on significant responsibility.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
  • Outcome-oriented with a focus on achieving desired results collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI and data-driven product development.
  • Experience working at growth-stage companies.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience working with nonprofits and fundraising technology.
