Western Wisconsin Health is looking for a full-time Pharmacy Manager to join our leadership team! This position is responsible and accountable for the provision of all Pharmaceutical Services at Western Wisconsin Health. The Pharmacy Manager plans, organizes, and directs activities of hospital and retail pharmacy services according to established policies, standard practices of profession, and state and federal laws. The Pharmacy Manager supervises and evaluates work performance of pharmacists and support staff. All of this is done to support the organization's mission while living our values.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in Pharmacy, RPh, or PharmD
• 3+ years of hospital and retail pharmacy experience
• Wisconsin Pharmacy license

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in management
• 5+ years of leadership experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Maintain the integrity of highly confidential business and patient information
• Display and promote high standards of ethical conduct and behaviors consistent with organizational standards.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and electronic medical records.
• Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibts excellent organization and time management skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy distribution systems and clinic opportunities.
• Ability to adapt to varied situations requiring prioritization, constructive thinking, analysis, delegation and coordination and evaluation.
• Ability to anticipate, understand, and manage patient expectations and provide consistent delivery of services
