About the role:
As a Pharmacy Manager at KabaFusion, you will have oversight of the pharmacy. From the clean room to staff oversight, working with the warehouse to coordinate distribution to recruitment and performance reviews; you‘ll have your hand in it all.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Participates/assists the Distribution Supervisor or designate in the procurement of drugs, supplies and equipment used in preparing and administering drugs.
Maintains clinical skills and knowledge of pharmacotherapy and intravenous therapy by reviewing the literature and attending in-services, seminars, and conferences.
Performs duties of the staff pharmacist, as necessary.
As a Pharmacy Manager, you bring:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (Doctor of Pharmacy or a Master of Science degree in Pharmacy desirable) from an accredited college of pharmacy.
Current license as a registered pharmacist in state of employment.
1-2 years of recent experience and strong knowledge base in intravenous admixture services and intravenous therapy.
1+ year of previous supervisory or management experience.
