We are looking for a bilingual Office Administrator to support our Dallas operations. In this full-time role (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm) at our Dallas office, you will be involved with onboarding new employees, managing applicants, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The position reports to Houston HR and works closely with the Dallas team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new employees efficiently
  • Manage incoming applicants and job placements
  • Support local recruiting efforts
  • Help resolve employee conflicts
  • Process payroll items (pay cards and checks)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Perform general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • Due to the needs of our candidate population and internal teams, fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for success in this role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Discreet with confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with local labor laws is a plus
