Job Description A fast-paced, creative marketing team is seeking a Designer / Motion Graphics Animator with strong graphic design and animation skills. This is a full-time contract position based in Los Angeles, working in a hybrid capacity (minimum three days per week in-office). Design and animate motion graphics for on-air, paid media, social, and digital creative campaigns Customize and evolve promo graphics toolkits Translate creative briefs into conceptsboth independently and collaboratively Design custom creative for live events, outdoor billboards, merchandise, and digital banners Develop stylescapes, mood boards, and digital assets based on campaign strategy Create social media content toolkits and visual style guides for partners/agencies Help produce presentation decks to communicate design strategy Collaborate with writers, producers, art directors, and creative leads Contribute to creative brainstorms and 360 marketing campaigns Design logos and title treatments for cross-platform use Ensure proper file management and asset delivery protocols Create all required versions and tune-in graphics for delivery We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 5-10 years of experience Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign a plus) Advanced proficiency in After Effects Intermediate proficiency in Cinema 4D Experience in Photoshop/After Effects compositing (e.g., rotoscoping, green screen, tracking) A degree in design or completion of a qualified design program An online portfolio and motion reel showcasing relevant work Strong ability to design graphics packages from concept to delivery Capable of developing campaign assets and key art composites Able to clearly articulate creative decisions Excellent time management and multitasking skills Eagerness to continuously improve technical and creative skillsets Troubleshooting skills in After Effects and basic knowledge of expressions Strong understanding of brand consistency and guidelines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with attention to file structure and versioning Ability to work across multiple projects and show brands null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
