Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing an integrated marketing approach by creating and implementing marketing strategies, developing and managing budgets, conducting market research, managing and updating the website, developing marketing copy and email marketing campaigns, and coordinating advertising efforts. The Marketing Manager will also lead the creation of marketing collateral, both digital and print, and manage relationships with clients and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Campaign Tracking, Event management and Analysis:** Monitor and assess the performance of advertising campaigns within the lighting industry, leveraging web analytics tools to measure their effectiveness. Continuously optimize strategies to maximize ROI while understanding the nuances of the lighting market.

2. **Budget Management:** Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently, considering the unique demands of the lighting industry, to achieve strategic objectives while maintaining a strong focus on cost-effectiveness.

3. **Brand Consistency:** Ensure all marketing materials within the lighting sector, including lighting fixtures and related products, align with our brand identity, reflecting the essence of luxury and exclusivity specific to lighting.

4. **Creative Idea Implementation:** Translate creative ideas into impactful advertising projects that resonate with our target audience in the lighting industry, highlighting the elegance and innovation of our lighting solutions.

5. **Project Management:** Demonstrate exceptional project management skills to execute marketing initiatives within the lighting sector smoothly, meeting deadlines and objectives in this specialized field.

6. **Market Research:** Conduct in-depth market research within the lighting industry to stay attuned to consumer trends, lighting technology advancements, and competitor activities. Use these insights to inform marketing strategies within this niche market.

7. **Copywriting Expertise:** Utilize your copywriting skills to craft compelling and persuasive content specific to lighting products, emphasizing the luxury and performance aspects that set our brand apart in the lighting industry.

1. **Graphic Design skill & CaNVA know how a must.

Qualifications

• Solid background in Marketing with 8+ years of related experience
• Experience in Lighting and decorative interior elements in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Superior copywriting abilities
• Social Media expertise is required
• SEO & website monitoring, updates and analysis is required
• Experience in the Architecture & Design community in culturally diverse territories.
• B2B Marketing experience is required
• Excellent project management and event management skills, with keen attention to detail and deadlines
• Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Understanding of market research and the ability to apply it to decision-making
• Experience with social media, email marketing campaigns, and web analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CANVA and/or other design software is a plus
