Tidewater Homes is a boutique custom home builder based in Jacksonville, Florida, known for crafting timeless, luxury homes with thoughtful detail and personalized service. We’re growing and looking for a highly organized, motivated, and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator.

This is a hybrid role that combines front office responsibilities with hands-on marketing support—perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes pride in being the first impression of a high-end brand.

Key Responsibilities

🛎 Front Desk / Administrative Duties

• Greet visitors and answer phone calls with professionalism and warmth
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and vendor coordination
• Maintain office supplies and organization
• Assist team with general administrative support including scheduling, filing, and light project coordination

📱 Marketing & Social Media

• Maintain and update the company website with new project photos, listings, and announcements
• Create and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor social engagement and respond to messages/comments in a timely manner
• Assist in organizing photoshoots, open houses, events, and community features

📧 Email & Digital Marketing

• Build and send out regular email campaigns and newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact
• Track and analyze marketing metrics to help improve engagement
• Support SEO efforts through blog posting and content management

🛠 Website & Maintenance Coordination

• Coordinate with website and IT vendors for regular updates or technical issues
• Help track and report minor maintenance needs at model homes or office spaces

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A polished, professional demeanor
• Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, and social media platforms
• Some knowledge of home building, real estate, or design (a plus!)
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with attention to detail
• 30 Hours per week
