Job Description

We are a well-established marketing and communications agency in the United States. We represent various clients from artists to personal and consumer brands. We're currently expanding and looking for someone to join us on a full-time basis.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Assisting multiple marketing campaigns, utilizing the latest ai tools and LLMs.
2. Providing regular campaign status updates to clients.
3. Conducting research on online media outlets relevant to project genres.
4. Drafting different Social Media posts and reels for approval.
5. Generating detailed progress reports throughout the day.
6. Undertaking any additional tasks as specified.
7. Responding to client inquiries via email, phone, and potentially live chat platforms in a timely and professional manner.
8. Addressing client concerns or issues and providing appropriate solutions or escalating to higher management when necessary.
9. Assisting clients with navigating our agency's services, providing information on campaign progress, and answering any questions they may have.
10. Managing and updating client databases or CRM systems to ensure accurate records of interactions and client information.
11. Coordinating with other team members to resolve client issues or gather additional information required for resolution.
12. Following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
13. Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding in client communications.
14. Helping sales efforts with call setting, SMS or other live communications.
15. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support to enhance the quality of service provided.
16. Assisting in the development of customer support policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

**Skills Required:**

* Demonstrated project management experience.
* Knowledge of AI tools and utilizing LLMs
* Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
* Confidence and professionalism in telephone communications.
* Understanding the importance of daily tasks in supporting company operations.
* Ability to represent clients in a highly professional manner.
* Poise, tact, and efficiency in dealing with key personnel.
* Aptitude for rapid learning and quick decision-making.
* Capacity to take on increasing complexity in tasks as role evolves.
* Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficient in administrative duties.
* Courteous and professional demeanor in all correspondence.
* Access to reliable power supply, fast computer, and high-speed internet to ensure no downtime.
* Tech-savvy, preferably with experience using cloud-based applications like Google Apps.
* Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, US (EST).
* Commitment, maturity, and the potential to become an integral, long-term member of our company.
