Your Role

As an  Internet Sales Specialist , you will be the driving force behind customer engagement. From handling online inquiries to assisting with vehicle sales, you'll ensure every customer interaction is seamless and professional.

Responsibilities Include:

• Responding to internet leads and inbound sales calls via email, phone, and text.
• Utilizing dealership-approved templates and scripts to engage customers effectively.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments with customers for sales or service teams.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records in the CRM or Lead Management Tool.
• Staying up to date on product knowledge, inventory, and industry trends.
• Assisting in creating email campaigns and call scripts to target potential customers.
• Collaborating with sales managers and teams to close deals and exceed customer expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers effectively.
• A proactive mindset to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and dealership processes (preferred but not required).
• A passion for learning about powersports products and services.
• A results-driven attitude to achieve sales targets and provide top-tier customer service.
