Hotel Front Desk Associate – Premier Hotel in Brentwood, TN

Are you an experienced Front Desk professional looking for an opportunity to work in a premier hotel environment? Hotel Solutions is hiring for a  Hotel Front Desk Associate in  Brentwood, TN , with an immediate start!

Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
• Schedule: 5 days a week (40 hours)
• Shifts: (Must be flexible to work any of these shifts)
• AM Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM
• Mid Shift: 1 PM - 9 PM
• PM Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM
• Must Have:   OPERA experience (required)
• Required Interview: In-person or over the phone
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using OPERA system
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding reservations, hotel services, and local attractions
• Process payments and handle cash, credit card transactions, and hotel charges accurately
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience
