Community Operating Solutions, a division of Zeman Homes, is looking for a part-time Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician. This position performs groundskeeping and routing maintenance needed to maintain the Folly Estates and Waterway Homes communities.

Essential Job Description

• Performs regular groundskeeping and lawn care services.
• Inspects and completes routine maintenance and minor repairs to facilities.
• Cleans and maintains community buildings. Maintains vacant sites.

Requirements

• Previous grounds and maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• General knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, electrical and grounds maintenance.
• Proficient skills in operating various hand tools and power equipment.
• Ability to walk, climb, stand, sit, and lift-up-to 50 pounds.
• Ability to provide legible written reports.
• Prior snow removal experience preferred.
• Availability to respond to community needs during non-business hours.
• Excellent customer service skills.
