Join us as a Global Security Manager and take the lead in shaping our global security operations! In this role you'll create a culture of accountability, fairness, and transparency, ensuring that decisions are made based on facts. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a safe environment for our team, contractors, and partners while delivering excellent service.
What You Will Do - Lead Global Security Operations : Oversee and improve global security programs, ensuring compliance with company standards and effectiveness.
- Drive Continuous Improvement : Conduct audits, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with leadership teams to implement changes.
- Develop Security Programs : Design and manage global security initiatives that protect employees, assets, and sensitive data while ensuring ethical and legal compliance.
- Manage Security Systems : Oversee security systems including access control, loss prevention, threat detection, and emergency response.
- Advise on Security Projects : Provide expert advice on security system upgrades and new project initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Development : Lead and mentor security supervisors, building a strong team and fostering future security leaders.
- Collaboration : Partner with ERM, law enforcement, and clients to ensure operational continuity and serve as the Security SME for communication escalation teams.
What You Will Bring - Education : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience : 10+ years managing global security operations in private sector, preferably in industrial organizations.
- Preferred Certifications : PSP, PSC, CPP, CHPP, or ISP.
- Knowledge : Strong knowledge of security systems and practices.
- Leadership : Proven ability to lead, manage, and build high-performing teams.
- Skills : Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Communication : Exceptional interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Organization : Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
- Standards Knowledge : Familiar with industry standards such as NFPA 730.
- Self-Motivation : Strong self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
- Travel Ability: Able to travel 25% of the time, both international and domestic.

Compensation : The expected annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
