Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and analysis of the annual operating budget and ongoing financial forecasts
• Assist in short- and long-term planning processes to align with corporate initiatives
• Analyze cost trends, business performance, and productivity metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis for labor negotiations and strategic initiatives
• Help prepare business cases and financial justifications for capital investment proposals
• Monitor actual vs. forecasted capital expenditures and contribute to the capital planning cycle
• Participate in the monthly financial close process and variance analysis
• Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to senior management
• Contribute to process improvement and cost optimization efforts
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and related risk management practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant finance experience (internships or full-time)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
