Role Description

We are currently seeking a  full-time experienced Business Immigration Paralegal and Licensed Attorney to join our team on-site in New York, NY. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting and managing employment-based and family-based immigration matters, as well as assisting with immigration litigation and court filings.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a high-volume caseload of business immigration matters (e.g., L-1, O-1, H-1B, E-2, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and NIW petitions)
• Conduct in-depth legal research and manage cases related to both affirmative filings and immigration court matters (e.g., asylum, SIJS/guardianships)
• Draft, review, and finalize petitions, support letters, affidavits, motions, and other legal documents with high accuracy
• Prepare attorneys for client meetings, hearings, and interviews through strategic coordination and briefings
• Communicate regularly with clients to gather information, provide updates, and ensure compliance with procedural requirements
• Organize, track, and maintain digital and physical case files using legal management software
• Stay current on evolving immigration law and procedural updates

Qualifications

• Required: At least 3 years of professional experience in U.S. business immigration law
• Strong knowledge of visa classifications and green card processes, including L-1, O-1, H-1B, E-2, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and NIW
• Familiarity with immigration court processes and guardianship/asylum cases
• Proficiency with legal case management software and digital workflow systems
• Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize complex workflows independently
• Bachelor’s degree required;  Paralegal Certification or JD preferred
• Speaking Albanian and/or Italian is a plus
