Job Description

A busy company in the Essex County area is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their growing company. This Executive Assistant will get the chance to join a growing organization that loves to promote from within and offers an excellent work-life balance. The ideal Executive Assistant will have 3+ years of top-level experience supporting high level executives. This Executive Assistant should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this Executive Assistant should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management for executives
• Aid executive in preparing for meetings
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
• Handling travel arrangements both domestically as well as international

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of prior executive support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
