Job Title: Entry- Level Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sales Hiring Focus)

What You’ll Do:
• Own end-to-end recruitment for sales roles (Jr/Sr Account Managers, Sales Leadership)
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of sales candidates to support aggressive growth targets
• Partner closely with Management to forecast hiring needs and drive recruiting strategies
• Get creative with sourcing: outbound prospecting, events, social media, referrals, and beyond
• Share the opportunity! Be an ambassador for our mission and culture
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
• Track key recruiting metrics to report progress and optimize hiring funnels
• Contribute to onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–4+ years of in-person customer service experience, preferably in high-growth environments
• Strong experience in over-the-phone or face-to-face communication
• High-energy, self-starter mentality with a passion for speed and results
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience using computer based tools (Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Ziprecruiter Etc.)
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
