Job Summary:
The Driver/Security person will be responsible for transportation of youth in the program to the site and returned to a predetermined location. We are looking for motivated, driven candidates who are dependable, trustworthy, and ready to be effective in their community. Ideal candidates are energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to be part of a world-class Team. Successful drivers put safety first and care deeply about young people's satisfaction, this job requires the candidate to honestly believe that our youth is why this job exists. Essential Job Functions
Responsible for vehicle maintenance and alerting management for maintenance issues.
Maintain and full compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.
Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards.
Other Job Functions
Be conversational with youth, remembering that the Driver will be an impression for the young people.
Must maintain safe driving record and report any violations to Director immediately.
Knowledge /Skills/ Abilities
High School Diploma or GED is required for this position.
Possess geographical knowledge of service area.
Flexibility required Nights and Weekends
Current, valid driver's license in the state at the level required for the vehicle's operation.
