Job Location: Syneren Technologies Corporation, 1577 Spring Hill Rd, Suite 410, Vienna, VA 22182 Job Description: The Director of Business Development will independently track new opportunities and their progress through the entire capture lifecycle; coordinate teaming partnerships; build and maintain strong relationships, including leverage existing contacts; as well as prepare, oversee and manage proposal responses, and related efforts. This position will collaborate with leadership to identify key growth opportunities that can drive value and lead to contract awards. The ideal candidate will be results-focused and self-motivated with high business intelligence. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related field; professional certifications and training (Shipley or similar). Extensive experience in lieu of education may be considered. Strong background with proven success in Small Business area. Current insight into upcoming government solicitations and opportunities. Ability to establish and track short term and long-term pipeline of key opportunities. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. 8+ years direct experience preferred.
