SALES TERRITORY: Central MD, Philadelphia PA, and Newark NJ POSITION: Full-Time Benefit Eligible SALARY: $105,000-135,000 Base + Commission (Based on performance of the territories)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on sales leader who excels at developing talent, building strong partnerships, and driving regional growth. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to surpass regional referral goals across multiple territories. Your responsibilities include identifying and cultivating referral sources, executing sales strategies, and enhancing team skills. You will spend significant time in the field, coaching, conducting territory visits, and prioritizing high-impact opportunities. Collaboration with leadership to expand into new markets and develop strategies aligned with business growth is essential. Your role involves developing and maintaining referral relationships, managing performance via CRM, and ensuring your team has the necessary tools, training, and support. You will lead team check-ins, guide sales planning and forecasting, and promote accountability and professional development. Additionally, you'll contribute to new business development and represent the organization at events and community engagements. You will work closely with the VP of Business Development to monitor metrics, refine strategies, and stay updated on industry trends, ensuring continuous growth and improvement for you and your team.
