Job Summary: As a Marketing Website UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience on our website. Your primary focus will be on testing, analytics, user journeys, and adhering to UX best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the website's performance and drive conversions. Your work will directly impact our brand's online presence and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: UX Design: Design and create intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for our website that meet the needs of our users. Develop wireframes, mockups, web pages, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and ideas. User Journey Mapping: Create and maintain user journey maps to visualize the end-to-end user experience on our website. Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. A/B Testing: Conceptualize A/B and multivariate tests to optimize various elements of our website, including landing pages, forms, CTAs, and more. Improve upon site design elements based on user patterns and actions of tests. Analytics and Data Analysis: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to gather insights about user behavior and website performance. Translate data into actionable website designs and concepts. UX Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and best practices, and ensure their incorporation into website design and development processes. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions, gather user feedback, and work with stakeholders to implement improvements based on findings. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to illustrate proposed design changes and new features. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, content, sales, and product management, to ensure a cohesive and user-centric website experience. Accessibility: Ensure website accessibility compliance (WCAG) and advocate for an inclusive user experience. Documentation: Maintain documentation of UX design decisions, user research, and testing results. Bachelor's degree in UX design, HCI, graphic design, or a related field ( Proven experience as a UX designer with a focus on marketing websites. Proficiency in in usability testing, A/B testing, and web analytics tools. Strong roficiency with design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Solid understanding of UX best practices, user-centered design principles, and web accessibility. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and recommendations. Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and the ability to work independently and in a team. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
