Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the machining industry, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting skilled machinists and engineers. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Newbury Park, CA

Pay Range: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour

Shifts Available: 1st shift (5:30AM - 2:00 PM)

What's the Job?

• Set up, run, and inspect parts to drawing specifications using CNC Lathe or CNC Mill.
• Utilize tools and measuring instruments including saws, shears, grinders, calipers, and micrometers.
• Read blueprints, machine, and inspect completed parts and related documentation.
• Maintain equipment and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

• Experience in operating CNC Lathe or CNC Mill.
• Strong knowledge of machine shop theory, procedures, and shop mathematics.
• Able to read, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to lift/carry/pull/push up to 20lbs.
• Willingness to troubleshoot and rectify machining problems.
