Private Practice in a Supportive Group Setting

If you want to experience practicing in a collegial group practice setting while maintaining the autonomy of your private practice and having the infrastructure and administrative support services to help your practice grow and thrive, then Colony Care Behavioral Health is the place for you.

Colony Care Behavioral Health’s purpose is simple, to i mprove and expand access to behavioral health care by making it convenient to find quality, affordable care . We provide independently licensed psychologists with:

• A flexible practice environment - you choose your caseload size, and you are in control of your schedule and appointment times,
• The ability to practice via telehealth, in-person, or a hybrid form,
• Comfortable office space,
• A rewarding way to offer affordable, in-network care,
• A community for continuous learning including CE programs and peer-led workshops,
• High quality referrals, and
• Comprehensive billing and collection services including credentialing and insurance contracting.

For clinicians new to private practice, we provide a robust referral network that will build your practice quickly and the opportunity for peer supervision and mentorship.

At Colony Care Behavioral Health, a diverse and talented group of affiliated psychiatrists, psychologists, and licensed therapists with a broad range of experience, assist their clients in addressing their treatment goals. We are seeking Psychologists in Massachusetts whose passion is the provision of high-quality clinical care to their clients. You can practice via teletherapy and/or in-person consultations (your preference).
