Location: 5505 W Parmer Lane Austin, Texas, 78727 Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30am-6PM OR Monday-Friday 6pm-2:30pm

Pay: 16.00 weekly Pay 

Job Summary:

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required – on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
• Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities including restrooms, offices, lobbies, break areas, and common spaces
• Follow proper procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Notify managers of necessary minor or major repairs or upgrades to building systems
• Maintain effective communication with clients, co-workers, and management
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
• Dust and clean furniture, walls, ceilings, floors, and fixtures
• Clean glass surfaces including windows, partitions, and mirrors
• Wash and replace blinds
• Gather and dispose of trash and recyclables
• Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf raking, grass cutting, etc.
• Wipe and clean tables, chairs, and equipment in food areas
• Service, clean, and restock restrooms
• Support recycling and sustainability initiatives as needed
• Move furniture, boxes, and equipment manually or with hand trucks for cleaning access
