About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to act as a strategic and operational partner to the leadership team. This pivotal role involves managing critical priorities, streamlining operations, and leading strategic growth initiatives. The successful candidate will have a diverse set of responsibilities, including sales, marketing, hiring, legal, project management, administration, and operations. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in special projects, such as an upcoming token launch, and will be part of a dedicated 24-month accelerated growth plan to prepare for a future leadership position within the company. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Staff position at the company will have 4-10 years' of experience in fast-paced environments, with a strong preference for those with a background in AI, crypto, devtools, and/or SaaS. The role requires outstanding communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and anticipate challenges. A background as an ex-founder, ex-consultant, or ex-manager of a small team is a plus. The Chief of Staff will be the right hand to the CEO, maintaining full access to the calendar, shadowing critical meetings, and leading business and product deliverables. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the company's founders, who are multiple-time startup founders with deep technical expertise, and to have a direct impact on the company's strategy and culture.
