- Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal and property management..
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team participating in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model, and operational execution.
- Manage company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, disposals, and acquisitions.
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance.
- Conduct analysis to make forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.
- Qualifications:*
- Minimum requirement of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in a high level Accounting and Financial position preferably as CFO.
- Certified Public Accountant is a plus.
- Experience with General Motors dealership operations preferred.
- Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds dealership management software preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven negotiation skills and a strategic thinker.
