Oversees and plans change management initiatives that enable desired organizational change with minimum disruption of business processes. Develop and implement change management strategies for projects. Create communication, training and transition plans to support change initiatives. Implements detailed project plans to manage each phase’s timelines, tasks, resources, and dependencies. Conduct stakeholder analyses and readiness assessments to gauge change impacts. Lead and facilitate change management workshops and training sessions. Monitor and evaluate change management efforts through KPIs and success indicators, making course adjustments as needed. Maintains a working knowledge of existing business processes to understand the impact of changes. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Finance/Accounting experience preferred; MBA or advanced degree preferred; Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are a plus; Proficient in MS Office Programs; 5+ years’ experience in change management or organizational development, including 2+ years in a leadership role; Proven track record of developing and implementing change management processes that enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement; Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects; Oversee change management milestones, goals, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy; Assess risks and prioritize projects, ensuring effective delegation and resource allocation; Excellent organizational and communication skills.
