The role also involves managing the reconditioning process, supporting Digital Retailing initiatives, handling employee, consumer, and vendor issues as needed, ensuring ICC (Internal Audit Checklist) compliance, and maintaining proper staffing levels per corporate guidance. Additionally, the manager is responsible for driving strong CRM metric accountability, assisting in sales team training, providing continuous coaching, and achieving KPI targets.
