Job Description

The Boulders Resort and Spa is a large, high-end resort that spans an impressive 33,000 sq. ft. Offering a luxurious spa, championship golf, and exclusive service in a uniquely dramatic setting – 1,300 acres of the Sonoran Desert foothills with panoramic views of 12-million-year-old boulder formations. The Spotted Donkey Cantina is an established, fast paced Mexican restaurant featuring some of the best Mexican flavors around and delicious libations. The Spotted Donkey is a gathering spot for locals, as well as a destination for resort guests.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen at all times
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures
• Maintain dish room area in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner
• Keep kitchen floors clean (sweep and mop) and trash emptied
• Adhere to cleaning schedules as assigned
• Assist with the transportation and storage of food and supplies
• Assist cooks and wait staff as requested
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by Executive Chef and/or Director of Dining Services
