Business/Office Manager Wanted!
South Western Dental is on the hunt for a dynamic, energetic individual to step into the role of a Business/Office Manager at our busy five-doctor practice! This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of all non-clinical duties and help keep our practice running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
· Managing a fantastic team of personnel
· Overseeing budgeting and financials
· Driving marketing and patient engagement efforts
· Handling collections with ease
· Tracking and analyzing Key Performance Indicators
· Leading strategic planning to help our practice thrive
Bonus Points:
· Experience with QuickBooks and Excel is preferred, but not required.
· Dental experience is a plus, but we're happy to train someone with the right attitude and skills!
