Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through inside sales efforts, focusing on outbound sales strategies within the SaaS industry. Your primary responsibilities will include managing both warm and cold leads, conducting product demos, and closing deals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in the full cycle of sales, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.

Responsibilities

• Executing the full sales cycle, from conducting personalized software demonstrations to effectively closing deals.
• Conduct outbound calls and engage with prospective clients, specifically targeting Med spas, medical offices, and dental offices, to introduce and promote our comprehensive healthcare SaaS solutions.
• Manage a pipeline of leads, both warm and cold, through effective follow-up and nurturing strategies to drive sales conversions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.

Compensation

$40,000 Base salary plus commission with OTE of $90,000

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or software consulting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with training and delivering presentations is a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and regulations is desirable.
